Payment Policy:

Payment is due at time of service. Payment forms accepted are: Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Gratuity is not included in our fees.
Additional charges may apply for more than average hair and/or time. All prices subject to change without notice. For an exact quote, please reserve a consultation.

Cancellation Policy:

A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Reflections Salon and Spa reserves the right to charge a fee of up to the full service price for appointments cancelled within 24-hours. “No-shows” will be charged 100% of service total that is due before rescheduling.

Return or Exchange Policy:

Returns or exchanges on products can be made within 3 business days of purchase date on un-used products. Nail care products as well as nail polishes are non-refundable. Gift certificates and services are non-refundable.
